This policy is intended to clearly establish and disclose those activities considered impermissible or prohibited by LAZZA GLOBAL, in connection with the services rendered and the use of its digital channels, as well as the geographic or jurisdictional restrictions applicable to the services rendered.

The foregoing is intended to ensure the proper rendering of the service, comply with applicable regulations, safeguard the technological infrastructure and the integrity of the digital ecosystem, and protect users, LAZZA GLOBAL and third-party partners, where applicable.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES: The following are considered prohibited activities, namely all those which, in the judgment of LAZZA GLOBAL, may affect our security, integrity, operability, management, legality and/or reputation, as well as that of our users or third-party partners where applicable, and which, by way of illustration and not limitation, include the following:

REGARDING UNLAWFUL, FRAUDULENT, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES. The following are considered prohibited activities:

• Carrying out actions that contravene the terms and conditions of use, or the policies of LAZZA GLOBAL, as well as any regulations or provisions that may be applicable.

• Participating in activities that may be associated with ML/TF risk, tax evasion, fraud, corruption, abusive practices, and other related and applicable matters.

• Carrying out operational actions for fraudulent or illegal purposes, or that infringe the rights of third parties.

• Carrying out actions that may artificially affect market management.

• Carrying out or participating in resale operations, unauthorized commercial use, identity theft, and other related matters.

• Other activities that may apply under legal provisions, or that may be established through the supplementary provisions of LAZZA GLOBAL.

REGARDING RESTRICTED PRODUCTS AND SERVICES: It is prohibited to access or make use of the services or digital channels of LAZZA GLOBAL, to support, participate in, finance, market, sell, acquire, or act as an intermediary in transactions related to:

• Pornography, child pornography, sexual exploitation, or human trafficking.

• Erotic chat, escort, or companion services.

• Firearms, ammunition, explosives, hallucinogenic or psychoactive substances.

• Financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction (PF/WMD)

• Unauthorized medicines, drugs, or controlled products.

• Invasive or unregulated medical practices.

• Material that promotes hatred, violence, discrimination, terrorism, or extremist ideologies.

• Lending and insurance activities.

• Trade in animals, digital files, prepared products, foundations, leases, memberships, or multilevel marketing.

• Transfer of funds to one's own or third-party bank accounts, receipt of cash advances, traveler's checks, or postal money orders.

• Betting, gambling, raffles, contests, or unlicensed pyramid schemes.

• Activities related to credit or phone top-ups.

• Unauthorized financial intermediation services.

• Other activities that may apply under legal provisions, or that may be established through the supplementary provisions of LAZZA GLOBAL.

REGARDING UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS AND TECHNOLOGICAL ATTACKS. The following are considered prohibited activities:

• Using bots, scrapers, spiders, or other automated tools to collect, gather, extract, or modify information.

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or otherwise manipulating the source code, algorithms, or system functions.

• Measuring, testing, scanning, or compromising the security of the services or platforms of LAZZA GLOBAL, without express written authorization.

• Accessing or attempting to access third-party profiles, sections, or protected resources.

• Using viruses or malicious software that may affect or affects the systems, servers, platforms, and other related items administered by LAZZA GLOBAL.

• Other activities that may apply under legal provisions, or that may be established through the supplementary provisions of LAZZA GLOBAL.

REGARDING THE MALICIOUS USE OF SERVICES AND DIGITAL CHANNELS. The following are considered prohibited activities:

• Using temporary, anonymous, or disposable accounts for the purpose of evading restrictions, controls, verification, accreditation, or review processes.

• Using the services of LAZZA GLOBAL in a manner that may give rise to complaints, claims, refund requests, sanctions, or any other action that could compromise the liability of LAZZA GLOBAL or of third parties related to the entity.

• Providing false, inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information.

• Providing false, inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated documentation.

• Generating excessive or unjustified loads that may affect the operation of the services or systems and, in general, impair the normal operation of LAZZA GLOBAL.

• Engaging in abusive communications, threats, intimidation, harassment, or offensive language directed at the personnel of LAZZA GLOBAL, other users, or third-party partners.

• Other activities that may apply under legal provisions, or that may be established through the supplementary provisions of LAZZA GLOBAL.

PROHIBITIONS REGARDING SUPPORT SERVICES: The assistance and support channels made available by LAZZA GLOBAL, may only be used for lawful purposes exclusively related to the nature of the service rendered.

Accordingly, in this regard, the following are considered prohibited activities:

• Using support or assistance channels to send abusive, defamatory, obscene, or misleading messages, or messages that incite market manipulation.

• Using support or assistance channels to attempt to modify contractual terms or terms pre-established between the parties regarding the services rendered.

• Using support or assistance channels to impersonate or attempt to impersonate identities.

• Using support or assistance channels to force operational decisions or actions related to the services rendered.

• Using support or assistance channels to engage in abusive communications, threats, intimidation, harassment, or offensive language directed at the personnel of LAZZA GLOBAL.

• Making repetitive, unfounded inquiries that have already been resolved, or that merely seek to generate unnecessary operational burden or interrupt assistance to other users.

• Using technical, legal, or automated language for the purpose of intimidating, pressuring, or misleading support or assistance agents.

• Using bots, scripts, browser extensions, or other automated methods to generate artificial interactions in support or assistance channels.

• Opening multiple requests, cases, or tickets regarding the same matter without a substantial change or element justifying or supporting it.

• Recording or disclosing conversations with the support or assistance team without express consent, except as legally permitted.

• Contacting support or assistance channels to carry out activities unrelated to the use of the services, such as spam, unsolicited surveys, promotion of other services, requests unrelated to the platform, political or religious propaganda, and other similarly applicable matters.

• Using support and assistance channels to conceal, manipulate, or distort facts and circumstances with the intent to mislead the personnel of LAZZA GLOBAL, in order to obtain benefits or refunds, modify records, access restricted functions, avoid blocks, suspensions, or terminations, and other similarly applicable matters.

• Falsely communicating or asserting, without any basis, the occurrence of failures, errors, or technical problems with the intent to obtain unjustified benefits, compensation, or refunds.

• Other activities that may apply under legal provisions, or that may be established through the supplementary provisions of LAZZA GLOBAL.

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS FOR MOBILE APPLICATIONS AND BLOCKCHAIN ENVIRONMENTS: The use of the services through mobile applications is subject not only to this policy and other provisions established by LAZZA GLOBAL, but also to the conditions and regulations applicable in this regard; therefore, the following provisions and considerations must be taken into account:

• Use must be limited to official, unmodified, and untampered versions.

• Cloned, altered, or otherwise unauthorized versions, or versions that emulate the services of LAZZA GLOBAL, may not be installed without its express approval.

• The improper use of geolocation, biometric, multi-factor authentication, or other mobile integration functionalities will be considered risky conduct and may result in the partial or permanent suspension of the service.

• Other activities that may apply under legal provisions, or that may be established through the supplementary provisions of LAZZA GLOBAL.

IN THE EVENT OF THE USE OF FUNCTIONS ASSOCIATED WITH BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGIES, SMART CONTRACTS, OR THE WEB3 ENVIRONMENT:

• It is acknowledged and accepted that certain operations may be irreversible, public, or permanent due to the design of such technology.

• It is prohibited to use the services of LAZZA GLOBAL, to carry out covert automation, operational manipulation, and other similarly applicable matters.

• LAZZA GLOBAL, may disable access to functionalities upon detecting unusual behavior or connections that fail to meet security standards.

• It is prohibited to use tools to circumvent restrictions imposed on the services and digital channels of LAZZA GLOBAL.

• Other activities that may apply under legal provisions, or that may be established through the supplementary provisions of LAZZA GLOBAL.

The matters referred to in this section may be modified and updated by LAZZA GLOBAL, as the technology applied to the rendering of services evolves, and in all cases action shall be taken in accordance with the principles of transparency, traceability, legality, and security at all times.

LIST OF RESTRICTED COUNTRIES AND JURISDICTIONS: LAZZA GLOBAL reserves the right to partially or fully restrict or prohibit access, registration, or use of its services in certain countries and jurisdictions, taking into account regulatory compliance, operational, or reputational risk criteria.

Accordingly, by way of limitation, the services of LAZZA GLOBAL, are not available to individuals or legal entities located, resident, national of, or incorporated in any of the following countries and jurisdictions:

Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, Syria, Sudan, Crimea (disputed territory), Myanmar, Canada, the Netherlands, the United States, the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), the so-called “Donetsk People's Republic,” and the so-called “Luhansk People's Republic.”

Likewise, access may be restricted from any other country, territory, or jurisdiction that:

• Is a conflict zone or is sanctioned pursuant to resolutions of the United Nations, OFAC, the EU, HM Treasury, or other international bodies.

• Appears on FATF blacklists or similar lists, as a high-risk or non-cooperative jurisdiction.

• Imposes regulatory restrictions incompatible with the operation of LAZZA GLOBAL.

• Presents legal, reputational, cybersecurity, technological, or fraud risks incompatible with the operation of LAZZA GLOBAL.

• Likewise, countries and jurisdictions considered high-risk due to their privacy, tax, or compliance regimes (including certain Caribbean, African, or Central Asian islands) may be temporarily or permanently restricted.

This list may be modified or updated without prior notice by LAZZA GLOBAL, and accordingly it shall be the responsibility of the interested party, whether a user or not, to periodically verify whether their country of location, residence, or nationality is included in this list and in this policy;

LAZZA GLOBAL, reserves the right to deny, suspend, or cancel the rendering of its services and access to its channels to any person or entity that may infringe or attempt to evade these restrictions through the use of virtual private networks (VPNs), proxies, false identities, or other technological or legal means.

MEASURES AND CONSEQUENCES: LAZZA GLOBAL unilaterally reserves the right to apply corrective, preventive, or sanctioning measures in response to any action or conduct contrary to the provisions of this policy, related provisions, or applicable regulations, or that may jeopardize the proper and normal operation of LAZZA GLOBAL.

These measures may be implemented gradually or immediately, depending on their severity, recurrence, or the impact they may have on the operation of LAZZA GLOBAL.

Accordingly, the available measures, which are not an exhaustive list, include the following:

PREVENTIVE MEASURES: These measures are intended to act in advance, thereby minimizing or containing risks, without implying that a violation has actually occurred; the measures that may be applied include:

• Suspension of access to support or assistance channels when abusive, excessive, or improper use of the channel is identified.

• Restriction or partial or permanent suspension of functions such as transactions, participation in programs, benefits, and other applicable matters, when unusual behavior or patterns, suspicious conduct, or potential violations are detected.

• Partial or permanent suspension of profiles, sessions, or active transactions, when failed authentication attempts, unauthorized automated activity, simultaneous use of suspicious IP addresses, connections from restricted locations, or similar circumstances are detected.

• Application of filters or enhanced monitoring when anomalous use of the services or potential impersonation is detected.

• Restriction of participation in promotions, bonuses, or special programs.

• Other measures that may apply under legal provisions, or that may be established through the supplementary provisions of LAZZA GLOBAL.

CORRECTIVE OR SANCTIONING MEASURES: This type of measure shall apply when a violation of this policy, related provisions, or applicable regulations is established, or when the proper and normal operation of LAZZA GLOBAL is jeopardized, and may include:

• Partial or permanent suspension of access to the services and digital channels of LAZZA GLOBAL.

• Unilateral termination of the contractual or business relationship and the permanent closure of profiles and transactions.

• Reversal or cancellation of benefits improperly obtained.

• Internal blacklisting to prevent future access to the services and channels of LAZZA GLOBAL, including IP records, email addresses, device identification, or other forms of recognition.

• Removal or cancellation of content or information generated in violation of the internal provisions of LAZZA GLOBAL, or applicable regulatory provisions.

• Other measures that may apply under legal provisions, or that may be established through the supplementary provisions of LAZZA GLOBAL.

RELATED AND ADDITIONAL MEASURES: LAZZA GLOBAL, may additionally:

• Notify the competent authorities of any indication of suspicious activity, regulatory violation, ML/TF risk, or other matters.

• Share information with third-party data controllers or strategic partners when necessary to prevent or contain risks, always within the legal framework governing the protection of information and personal data.

• Pursue legal, administrative, contractual, indemnification, and other actions as may correspond.

• Restrict access to similar products, pilot programs, private communities, testing environments, channels, and services associated with LAZZA GLOBAL.

• Other measures that may apply under legal provisions, or that may be established through the supplementary provisions of LAZZA GLOBAL.

LAZZA GLOBAL shall act on the basis of the principles of proportionality, reasonableness, and internal due process, without this implying a waiver of additional measures that may give rise to judicial, administrative, or contractual proceedings.

INTERRELATION WITH OTHER REGULATIONS: This policy is complemented by and operates in conjunction with:

• The general terms and conditions of use.

• The privacy and personal data processing policy.

• The cookie policy.

• The risk warning policy.

• Additional, supplementary, and internal provisions of LAZZA GLOBAL.

• Applicable regulations on the matter.

Accordingly, acceptance of any of the aforementioned provisions, or the use of and access to the services and channels of LAZZA GLOBAL, constitutes full, conscious, and informed acceptance of this policy.

This regulatory interrelation ensures a harmonious, coherent, and systematic application of all rules applicable to the use of the services and channels of LAZZA GLOBAL.

RETENTION: LAZZA GLOBAL may retain records, reports, requests, communications, digital evidence, recordings, usage data, metadata, or other information that may be relevant to the application of this policy,

SECURITY AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: LAZZA GLOBAL, shall implement technical, administrative, organizational, legal, and logistical measures aimed at preventing, detecting, and mitigating the misuse of its services and digital channels.

However, the interested party, whether a user or not, acknowledges that no security measure is infallible or absolute, and that unauthorized access or misuse by third parties, system breaches, operational or technological failures, or events of force majeure or fortuitous events may exceed reasonable control capabilities; accordingly, LAZZA GLOBAL, shall not be liable for any damages arising from such events, nor for actions carried out by third parties or by users themselves in violation of this policy, the latter being responsible for any direct or indirect damage, loss, sanction, or harm arising from their conduct.

Unauthorized, fraudulent, or improper use may be investigated, sanctioned, and, where applicable, reported to the competent authorities, and any other corresponding actions may be pursued.

AMENDMENTS: This policy may be amended by LAZZA GLOBAL at any time for the purpose of making modifications, adaptations, updates, or legal, technological, or corporate changes; accordingly, LAZZA GLOBAL may personally notify interested parties or users of such changes, although it shall not be obligated to do so, it being understood that updates and/or amendments will be posted directly on the website of LAZZA GLOBAL, and it shall be the duty of interested parties and users to periodically review this policy in order to keep informed of any such modifications or adjustments. Whenever such amendments are made, the date of this policy will be updated and it shall become effective as of its update date.
